Growing up around the construction industry, Lamont introduction to construction was through hands on field experience. He began his construction career through the family construction business in Louisville, Kentucky under the tutelage of his father Theodore James Collins who was the leading builder of churches, hotels, commercial buildings and residential homes. After graduating from University of Louisville with a B.A. of Science in 1981, Lamont went on to work at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company as production manager. After 15 years, Lamont decided to go back to first love while continuing to work in the construction industry that included steel erecting, scrap metal wholesaling and commercial construction. While working, Lamont’s ambition led him back to work on his MBA at Webster University Masters of Theology at Campbellsville University.

Just like Lamont Collins, Gabriel has been in the construction business his entire life. He was introduced to construction through hands on experience. He worked also under the tutelage of his father Theodore James Collins who at the time was the leading builder of churches, hotels, commercial buildings and residential homes. After attending Butler University, he finished he degree at Rhema Bible College in Theology. After graduating he went back in to construction building hotels and churches. After several years, Gabriel ventured out and worked at a risk manager and director of extended warranties with one of the largest white goods manufacturers in the United States. From there, he became operational manager for a fortune 500 company. While working in other industries, Gabriel still worked on construction with his father.
